1. Agreement
By using https://povertysux.co or its signal files you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. No advice
All content, including the signal feed, is general technical analysis for information and education only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. See the disclaimer.
3. Use of the signal feed
- You may read the signal files for personal, non-commercial use, including in your own Expert Advisor.
- Request the files no more than once a minute; once every five minutes is recommended.
- Do not resell, redistribute or present the feed as your own service without written permission.
- The feed can be late, wrong, changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. You are solely responsible for any automated trading you build on it, and for testing it on a demo account first.
4. Intellectual property
The site design, text, the Poverty Sux name and the crown logo belong to Poverty Sux International, LLC. Market data belongs to its respective providers.
5. Third-party links and ads
We link to outside sources and may show third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites or offers.
6. No warranty
The site and the feed are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, timeliness, availability or fitness for a purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Poverty Sux International, LLC is not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, lost profits or data, arising from use of or reliance on the site or the feed.
8. Governing law and venue
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site or the signal feed, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any such dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
